Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Crystal Wishing Tree.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Change-of-Mind Returns
For change-of-mind returns, items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed faulty.

Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will be notified once your return has been assessed.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
