PRODUCT RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REPAIRS

Proof of purchase must be supplied for all returns, exchanges or repairs.  Any item purchased online can be returned via post or to our Toffish store based in Strathalbyn, South Australia. Toffish is happy to offer a credit note for change of mind within seven days of purchase on all full priced items.  Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with Toffish tags attached, include any packaging and have a completed returns form attached. Any postage costs sustained or associated with the order and return of the stocks, cannot be refunded.

 

Exchange items will incur a shipping fee for all Australian Deliveries. Please pack all exchanges safely for the return transport and post direct to Toffish.

 

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. No refund on sale items will be offered.

 

The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods to Toffish. Toffish cannot be responsible for goods damaged in return transit. Toffish recommends using a postage method which insures items in transit.

FAULTY ITEMS

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we will offer a refund or replacement when an item is faulty or demonstrating a major problem and is unable to be repaired. Toffish reserves the right to offer to repair an item wherever possible before a refund or replacement is put forward.  Proof of purchase must be supplied for all faulty claims.

We will incur all reasonable shipping costs if the item is deemed to be faulty and will advise the most appropriate method of returning the goods. We will assess the goods when they are received to determine if they are faulty. We will not cover shipping costs or provide a refund for items which are damaged due to mistreatment or normal wear and tear.

Upon receiving the item, if deemed faulty we will send you a replacement in the same colour and size.

In the event that the particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price. Alternatively, you may choose to exchange the sold out item for another product or receive a credit note for future use.  If there is any difference in price it will either be credited or charged accordingly.  Refunds will only be made to the original purchaser using the card that was used for the original purchase.
